  12. respond to the call and what resources (e.g., manpower, parts) are available.
  13. Once the call is complete and the resources used are entered, the service
  14. history, accounts receivable, inventory, and other applicable areas are
  15. automatically updated. SIS can also interface into the VMS Distributor
  16. Information System (DIS) and Contractor Information System (CIS) series of
  17. applications.
